Refund Policy

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund.

Eligible Items

Items eligible for return must be:

  • In original condition and packaging
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Include all original accessories
  • Have proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return shipping instructions
  4. Package items securely for return shipping

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Items will be inspected within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs:

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • We cover return shipping for defective items
  • Use trackable shipping method

Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only. For exchanges, please place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will arrange replacement or full refund
